Mechanical Engineer/Technical Service/Sales located in western Missouri. Must have mechanical engineering degree and food manufacturing experience preferably in the meat/meal processing industry working with evaporators and drying/separating systems for stick water and other effluent. This position is required to perform and execute complicated analysis as well as structural and installation requirements and determine system requirements and specifications for equipment.
